10lbs in 32days was the goal.. but it feels impossible..
I really wanted to lose 10lbs for my cousins wedding. There was only 32 days to do it.. And I only have 7 days left and 3 more lbs to go!!! SOOOO TIRED!!!
Since a few days after starting on this site, with the new diet, and exercise.. I seem to be sooo tired.. I'm all of a sudden sleeping like 10-12hrs a night. Going to be between 8pm-10pm at night, or napping during the day.. Shouldn't I be having MORE energy and not less? I am completely drained.. :( Any advice?
