It seem sas if I am jogging, I feel fine... But when I start doing Sprints jog Sprints.... My lower back just above the tailbone aches abit...Is that normal to feel abit of ache or soreness there?

Site says I should be eating only 1.4k calories in order to lose 2lbs a week. Is that correct. At 10am I already felt shaky and dizzy. Does it matter when you should have your meals? Im trying to save most of my allocated calories for dinner time.

I just recently started to jog 3 times a week and on Saturday mornings. Is there a group of joggers out there around the OC area? Beginner level would be best, I'm not sure if my posture or what I'm doing is correct.
