Is it normal to feel restless after a 10k run? I jog about 4 times a week, 3 5k runs and a 10k run. Every time I run the 10k, I have a hard time falling asleep as well as staying asleep. I'll keep waking up and get only about 4 hours of sleep. I'm ok with the 5k.
I used to run the same a couple of years ago and don't remember this happening. I just started to run again about a month ago. I like the calorie deficit with the 10k run but if I can't figure this out, i'll have to stick to 5s.
I usually have a hard time sleeping on regular days but take Nature's Made during work week. It doesn't help after running a 10k. No caffeine after 8am and diet is the same.
Thanks,
Mike

I'll have trouble sleeping after big running days, too. You should adapt, with time.1
