Calorie Consumption and Invisalign
I've now excercise 6 days a week and have noticed I now eat more frequently. My metabolism must be revved up now because I get hungry every 2-3 hours now. I used to CRAVE and eat fast food at least twice a week (McDonalds and Chic-Fil-A) as well as eat fried chicken wings once a week! Since becoming conscience of my eating choices and weight loss goals I don't get these cravings anymore! I've only had fast food once in 3 months (it was a McDonald's fish filet and small fry)…

liquid pre work out snack
Hello all! I usually eat a banana in the morning before hitting the gym, however I will be fasting for Easter and can only drink liquids, no solids. I need some ideas on what will be sufficient for a liquid pre work out snack. I've read that fruit juice is acceptable. Any other suggestions???
