liquid pre work out snack

Hello all! I usually eat a banana in the morning before hitting the gym, however I will be fasting for Easter and can only drink liquids, no solids. I need some ideas on what will be sufficient for a liquid pre work out snack. I've read that fruit juice is acceptable. Any other suggestions???
