I wash/condition once a week. I workout in the morning so my hair is in twists with a satin scarf. Fortunatley I dont sweat in my head.

I eat more, of course more heathlier food choices. I eat around 2000 calories a day, I am 5'3" went from a size 10 to a size 4. Eating to my TDEE worked for me and I feel so much better.

I cook it in unsweetened almond milk, then I add chopped strawberries or apples or bananas and 1 packet of stevia. Other times I'll add 2 mini boxes of raisins, cinnamon and 1 packet of stevia.

Dont deprive yourself or you wont enjoy what you are doing. It's ok to have a small treat....remember everything in moderation. I ALWAYS get popcorn. Watching a movie in a movie theater is just not right if I'm not eating hot air popped popcorn. Now I just get a small and no extra butter. But I gotta have my popcorn. The smell alone is breathtaking!

Two ingredients- Today I blended frozen bananas and 2 teaspoons of natural chocolate sauce in my food processor and OMG it tasted just like chocolate icecream! I workout in the mornings. I have more energy to do it while I am refreshed and revitalized. The high I get from my morning workouts carry me through the day so I don't feel lethargic or drained at all as opposed to before I started working out.
