Morning gym time!!

Who here works out in the mornings??? Is it easier than the afternoons/evenings? Do you feel more energetic in starting your day? What about sleeping at night? I know so many questions but I'm starting a morning routine tomorrow....Need advice.

    I workout in the mornings. I have more energy to do it while I am refreshed and revitalized. The high I get from my morning workouts carry me through the day so I don't feel lethargic or drained at all as opposed to before I started working out.

    I have much more energy.

    Make certain to really hydrate well even before (thru the night your body has been fasting), so fuel your workout a good hour before hitting the gym :)
