So there is a "popular" blog post right now about a woman eating a "vegan" diet. Well, what she's really doing is just drinking juice all day, every day. That is NOT a vegan diet. Why WW?
I'm just curious about why folks chose WW over other diet plans. I tried a bunch before WW and its the only thing that's worked for me. I like to cook so I like to be able to modify my recipes instead of eating pre-made meals (Jenny Craig).
