I've been on MFP for one week & love it! I was looking back at my breakfast choices and I feel it's the most important meal to jumpstart the day....just curious what some of your breakfast meals are and the calorie intake on them?

Not sure what to call this but made this on my first day in trying to keep my calories down and something filling..... 1/2 cup black beans Salsa Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup Melt this in microwave and then eat w/you favorite tostita chips! Very filling.
