Not sure what to call this but made this on my first day in trying to keep my calories down and something filling.....
1/2 cup black beans
Salsa
Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup
Melt this in microwave and then eat w/you favorite tostita chips! Very filling.

I eat this all the time! You could try laughing cow cheese too. that is what I use and veggies instead of chips.0

This is one on my favorite snacks. I also put fat cream cheese on the bottom then salsa then cheddar cheese. I ate it on wheat thin and it wasn't to bad either0
