I ran my first real 5k a couple of weeks ago
I ran in a 5k charity fundraiser for Cancer Research UK a couple of Saturdays ago. It was a lot of fun and I surprised myself by finishing in 29:06! I'm now running longer distances in order to run in a 10k in August. :)
