Who do you lift with??
Okay I want to start doing heavy lifting like deadlifts/ squats but I go by myself and don't have anyone to "spot" or lift with. Do yall lift by yourself or do you have a buddy?

I'll start with my husband works for shipping company and weighs himself at work. The other morning he weighed himself at home and then tells me that the scale is off at the house. Need suggestions for snacks?
I eat 2-3 pieces of fruit a day. Was wanting ideas for more snack ideas. I stay within my daily calories/carbs.. I usually go over in protein?? only like 10 or less. I eat 1200 or less a day. Snacks are like usually 100 cal. no more than 200. Was wanting something different.
