I just read the book and was basically following the diet without even knowing it. I would like to add a few freinds that are eating the same for ideas.

    I guess you might say I'm semi-clean. :)
I haven't read the book; I just try to stay away from overly-processed foods. I'm not going to butcher & grind my own meat, though, and sometimes I just need a cookie full of nutrition-less white flour & refined sugar -- and I'm okay with that. :) Overall, though, I like to eat real food. I'm not sure if you can look at friends' recipes, but feel free o add me & try -- I'd love new ideas as well.
  • Never heard of it....what is the book and where can I get one....sounds intriguing.
  • I'm somewhere between The Clean Diet and Tosca's Vegetarian Eat Clean...Ideally I'd be eating strictly the elimination phase of "Clean" but I do eat soy sometimes, as well as tomatoes and strawberries. I did the strict cleanse last year and added back the foods that don't seem to give me any issues, although I try to eat soy very minimally... You?

I got it at books a million. I'm not vegetarian, but you don't have to be. Her book makes alot of sense. You can also download to kindle from amazon if you want.

I follow Tosca's clean diet. I'm not vegetarian. She recommended soy milk, and tomatos and strawberries were listed as superfoods. Not doing any cleansing. I wanted to make lifestyle change for the better not just diet for a few months. My body really likes this diet. I feel 100% better. I eat like every couple of hours or so. I'm never hungry and don't crave anything.
