So, I recently purchased C4 and added to my preworkout supplements... and can you say AWESOME?! I've been using N.O.xpolode and the energy I get from C4 last soo much longer... without the jitters! Need help!
I started at 192 a couple weeks ago... and I'm currently sitting at 186-187. I workout mon-fri... weight training 4x week, cardio 5 times a week. I always fall under the calories I need to consume after I log my workouts. What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions on how to max my results?

Specific workouts for body composition?
I've been reading articles to try and figure out the perfect kind of training for my body. I am 5ft8 in tall. Bust - 37 Waist - 33 Hips 42 Thighs 25/25... I carry my weight mostly below the waist. Which is better... high cardio/ high rep/low weight or mod cardio/ low rep/ high weight?
