Specific workouts for body composition?

I've been reading articles to try and figure out the perfect kind of training for my body. I am 5ft8 in tall. Bust - 37 Waist - 33 Hips 42 Thighs 25/25... I carry my weight mostly below the waist.

Which is better... high cardio/ high rep/low weight or mod cardio/ low rep/ high weight?

    Personally I'd say mod cardio/low rep/high weight. Try one for a month and then switch to the other and see how it goes?
