30 day challenge!

Day 2 of my 30 challenge... figured I'd share the info and send out an invite :)

Technically I'm doing Turbo Fire for the full 90 days... but I am breaking it up into 30 day intervals with certain workouts added in and goals!

Day #1-30
AM Workout - Turbo Fire schedule MTWRF
PM Workout - MWF - 30 day shred, TR - AbX

Goal - Lose -18 lbs

Day # 31-60
AM Workout - Turbo Fire MTWRF
PM Workout - MWF - Ripped 30, TR - AbX

Goal - Lose - 15lbs

Day #61-90
AM Workout - Turbo Fire MTWRF
PM Workout - Jillian Micheals Kettlebells MWF, TR AbX

Goal - Lose -15lbs and final tone up! :D
