how much is your Christmas weight gain
just weighed myself this morning ( 28th December), first time in a month, ive put 2.5 lb on which is amazing as ive socialised, ate, drank, went overboard on Christmas day, thought it would be 7lb! i was poorly boxing day so didnt eat as much as usual.
