i do a bulk shop once a month followed by a huge batch freezer cook from scratch, pasta sauce, home made soup, chilli, curry. that way you're eating healthy homecooked food and its portion controlled. It also avoids going back to the shops! Good luck

if you dont want the gym try fitness blender website, loads of workouts and you can target areas :)

a few years back i lost 36lb and always had a bottle of wine on a Saturday night, Im now doing dry January and lost nothing so far! If you've got the spare calories for it enjoy it! lifes too short to deprive yourself :)

youve done amazingly well and look fabulous! well done! and thanks for the common sense, I read so much rot on here about 'dont eat this dont eat that, eat more calories' you did it on 1200 calories and i can too! well done :)

im exactly the same from saturday night and all day sunday i go totally overboard :( only thing i can do is save my exercise calories all week to compensate!
