100 down on top of Hanging Rock

I love going to the top of Hanging Rock for comparison shots.
This is 100# down from June of 2011.
I can now run up the steep parts of the trail. Woohoo!

    At the top of one of the steep run is a sharp turn and a bench. There was a group resting there that watched me run up.
    I was surprised by their response to it. All positive of course.
    I took the opportunity to plug MFP as a tool I used to help achieve that uphill run.
    My daughter and I did a total of 5.5 miles that day. Wolf Rock Trail and Hanging Rock Trail.
    My last challenge is running back up the last slope back to the parking lot. Feels good to be able to do that.

    If you live within driving distance of Hanging Rock, it is an awesome day trip destination. Magnificent views. A variety of trails.
