I signed up for MFP a few months ago and added a bunch of people... then they made me feel horrible when they were being so active and I wasn't so I cut back... now I'm in the game and want extra support and more motivation from the amazing people on MFP!

Do you eat your burned calories?
I'm new to this.. and have heard many debates on if you should eat your burned calories or not. (with a lot of talk about BMR and BMI and every other letter in the alphabet :smile: ....) What do you do?

Need to drop 100+.. am I the only one?!
