One year story....of success!
One year ago....March 17, 2012...I started my journey. 235lbs, 26% body fat, 38 waist....I booted after doing day 1 of INSANITY - yes, the fitness test! I often make green shakes - where I will add Broccoli and/or Spinach to almond milk, whey protein and flax (sometimes PB2 or peanut butter) - I typically do NOT count the calories for Broccoli and Spinach - should I? Hi all - so I am on day 47 of Insanity (round 1) and am trying to figure out what's next...Round2 or P90x Hybrid or...? Any advice from veterans is appreciated!
