Early morining workout energy!

Hi All,
I typically do insanity early mornings (before the kids attack) - I've tested GU Roctane, JACK3D, and a banana prior to workouts - all seem ok, but with the intensity of insanity, I still feel like i could use more boost. I have a hard time working out on a full stomach or after a meal so am looking for something quick (e.g, don't want to wake up 45 minutes early to eat).
Any advice from veterans??? GU Roctane may be the way to go....
