Little rewards?
So I want to lose 50 lbs by mid-Feburary, and I am told to reward myself for whatever little goal I make and reach. I've always been the type to jsut see the pic pciture and aim for that. :P And that never really worked apparently. :/ So what goals and what rewards do you all give to yourselves?

Any challenges going on?
Other than the "Lose [x] lbs by the end of the month!" Preferably, challenges that involve tasks that can help, like "Do this excercise" and "Eat only this many calories" and such.... I tried starting my own and got some followers, but I dropped out because I failed miserably... I'm better at joining than starting...
