WHAT DOES REMAINING CALORIES STAND FOR??
So I'm new at this and I logged in my food and exercise...when I checked my main page it tells you your net calories and stuff, but I don't understand what the calories remaining (mine was 539 calories) stand for? Do I have to burn those of in exercise or is do I have to eat 500 more calories... :) please any help
