It's better to focus on the amount you eat than to piss people off with quinoa mac & cheese

I'm protesting all the people who are eating badly on Christmas by fasting the whole day.

Check out Cooking Light. They have an entire holiday section up right now.

Or, just put together a menu from skinnytaste.com

I'm bringing a spinach salad that I make every year.

    Baby spinach
    dried cranberries
    Cranberry cinnamon goat cheese
    slivered almonds
    red onions

Toss in a homemade balsamic vinaigrette:
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    1/2 cup olive oil

It's not really modified to be "light" but it's healthy, and you can just get a different dressing, take out the cheese, etc.

Skip the sugary glaze on the ham and you'll be fine.

Or, eat whatever you want and get over it. It's just one day.

Stop it with your logic! Stop it, I say!

Quinoa mac and cheese is actually pretty good there, buddy.
