Decided to take a "diet break" and....
I lost MORE weight than I was before! I upped my cals by 200 to just under maintenance according to Scooby and Fat2Fitradio. Since Monday, I've lost 2.2lbs! For those of you that are starting/thinking about starting and ESP for those of you who, like me, are obese, this is my progress so far with New Rules.
