hula Hoops
I have heard that the hula hoop is a very good cardio workout. Has anyone got on with them, and if so which is the best one to get regarding the weight etc. I have heard that you can get bruised.

On the foods list it shows so many carbs per day. Does anyone know whether the total max to be consumed is grams? If not then what is it?

Should I change my goal
When I joined I put my goal to lose 1 lb per week, which is recommended, I wonder if I should alter this to 2lbs. I notice that quite a few of you are losing more than 1lb. May I ask what you folks have set yours on.

Exercise
I have been trying to exercise but can only stick it for 5 minutes at a time as my legs ache, though I do about 10 mins every hour or so. I have to be a bit careful as I suffered from Lymphoma and has left me with a damaged leg, which can swell up. I wonder whether I ought to be able to log this as exercise because of the…

Hi I am a newbie. I have a question. I noticed that when you exercise then the calories burned are added to your allowance. Do you use these extra ones or do you just keep to the calories allocated at the start?
