Question for NRLFW people.
I'm just about to finish level one workout 7 of NRLFW, but I'm leaving on a ten day vacation (NYC and New England!) I won't be able to lift while away. What should I do when I get back? Start back at stage one workout 8 with previous weight loads? (ouch!) Do the last workout with lower weights? Or, just move on to the next…

Bodymedia Fit and sleep - what does yours show?
I got my BMF a couple weeks ago and am amazed at the sleep tracking results. It seems I don't sleep very well. The most sleep efficient I have been is 80%, and that was only once. I'm "laying down" plenty of hours 8-9, but only "sleeping" 6 or so. What do you all think about this measurement? How has yours looked? Anyone…

I'd like to have one sync to my iPad (not 4 g) via my wireless connection rather than having to buy the monitor display or hook it up to the cord on the computer. Would either the link or the core device…

Rachel Cosgrove's Female Body Breakthrough Book?
I know people are fans of the New Rules For Lifting for Women, but I'm wondering if anyone works out the Rachel Cogrove's Female Body Breakthrough book. It's the same philosophy (her husdand is one of the contributors to the New Rules), just a slightly different program. Just wonder what kind of success people might have…

Getting started: activity level & calorie level help.
I'm new to this group. I'm just getting started with this approach to weight/fat loss. In the past I have been very active with strength training and activty, but unfortunately I think I was WAY too aggressive with calorie restriction (at the recommendation of a nutitionist and trainer! 1500 cals for quite a while with…
