Hello Everyone~ So, I've managed to hurt my foot (plantar fasciitis, heel spur, and tendonitis). I'm in a walking boot for 2 weeks and no running/biking or high-impact cardio for at least 8 weeks. Hello! I've been struggling with PF for about 6 months. I go back to the sports doc next week. In the mean time, does anyone have any stretches that work?
