Entering Lifting Exercises
Does anyone know the difference in calories exerted with cardio as opposed to weight lifting? I feel like it is a total pain to go through and enter each lift exercise I do in order to show my calories lost so I tend to just use my whole work out time as "cardio" in my diary. ok so I have been using MFP for awhile now but am still confused about the calorie goal set and your actual calorie consumption. Are you supposed to eat all of the calories that are allotted?
