Changing up what you Eat

New to the site and was curious as to any thoughts about how often you should be changing up your diet in order to keep your body guessing and not hitting a climax. It seems as though i always eat the same thing for breakfast every day and then rotate between a few things each day for lunch and dinner.
Any thoughts/advice would really be helpful! Thanks

You can't really keep "your body guessing". Your diet isn't what causes plateaus, it's generally doing the same exercises every single day that cause them. Eating the same foods is fine as long as they are healthy and natural, not processed junk. You should switch up your exercise routine every 4-6 weeks so that you can keep building strength, endurance and cardiovascular health.0
