Last night I had a bowl of air popped popcorn and poured a bit of real butter on it. Logged it later... 404 calories!!!!!! :noway: Needless to say I'm wondering if there is any butter flavored seasonings anyone can recommend? Or other ideas for low calorie toppings? Thanks. :smile:
