Frustrated today!!
Has anyone ever wanted to just eat and not worry about it... that's how I feel today. First time since I started. I know it's just one day, so I think I will just log everything, but I am tired today about caring about my blood sugar or my weight...ugh... Have you ever felt like this and what do you do?

Gained almost 7lbs. in a week, Yikes...but...

Eat back what you burn or not??
Ok, I am VERY heavy. I have lost almost 15 lbs in 3 weeks by not hitting my caloric goal of 1800-1900 calories a day. I don't understand why I should eat back what I have burned. Need a soy based protein powder for smoothies
It has to be sugar free, gluten free and lactose free... yeah right. I want to make smoothies with peanut butter, cause I am doing High fat (good fat), high protein low carb. Also, it can't have sunflower seeds or oil in it. Anyone know anything good? Don't care about cost... for the most part.

GF and Diabetic Diet and trying to lose weight??
I was recently diagnosed with diabetes. I am already managing with celiac's and I am stuggling with what to prepare for dinners for the family that I can eat. High protein, lower fat, no grains and only fiber from veggies and some fruit. So frustrated. Help!
