HRM Question
I have been using a HRM for a while but my question is how do you know where to set your activity level at for each exercise? Is running considered High activity? Walking low activity? I want to make sure that I am getting the right amount of calories burned and don't want to over estimate them...help :)

Net calories Question
Okay, so I am confused on this whole net calories thing...On a normal day I will have a 1500 calorie limit, I then tend to work out and burn an average of 1400-1700 calories in two hours.
