Iron and Vitamin A
I've noticed through my food log that I'm lacking in Iron and Vitamin A. Besides taking a supplement, what types of foods can I eat to increase this? Because really who wants to eat a can of oysters EVERY DAY!

Help I don't eat dairy
It seems that everyone's weight loss staple is yogurt, low fat cheese, etc...but I don't eat dairy...at all...I heard about the almond yogurt stuff and I went to look for it in my grocery store (IGA) but it's not there...any suggestions on foods that i can subsitute the dairy for? right now i mix soymilk with my smoothies…

Calorie Question
I have a question...I usually input all the food I've eaten in the day, and then I put in my excersize. Because I burned 500 calories at the gym, does that mean I have to eat an extra 500 Calories? That's a lot of food, but lately I have been "in the green" by a couple hundred calories. Is that safe and healthy?
