Iron and Vitamin A

I've noticed through my food log that I'm lacking in Iron and Vitamin A. Besides taking a supplement, what types of foods can I eat to increase this? Because really who wants to eat a can of oysters EVERY DAY!

Black strap molasses has 40% iron per serving. Don't use fancy it has to be blackstrap.0
