When to Eat?
HI, Can anyone tell me when is the best time to eat before and after working out? Is there any kind of rule? Also what would be best to eat? I go to my PT in the mornings 60mins and workout other days (Walking track that is all stairs) in the afternoon 60mins. Thanks Em

300 Cal Snack idea's
Hi, I'm always about 250-300 cals under at the end of the day and needs some idea for a healthy snack to bump up the cals but not a huge meal. I eat heaps of salads and Veg so feel full all the time. I already have a protein shake for afternoon snack. Any ideas's? Thanks Em
