300 Cal Snack idea's

Hi,

I'm always about 250-300 cals under at the end of the day and needs some idea for a healthy snack to bump up the cals but not a huge meal. I eat heaps of salads and Veg so feel full all the time. I already have a protein shake for afternoon snack.

Any ideas's?
