how do you log sculpting dvds?
I do turbo jam sculpting dvds and corefusion dvds. How do you log them into your exercise log? They are not cardio exercises but I can not find anything in strength training searches that would be similar. Sometimes they are whole body workouts and sometimes lower body or abs.

Sodium levels in restaurant food
I have a problem with water retention and it seems like anytime I eat out the sodium levels are out of this world when I go back to enter it on my food log. Can anyone help me choose better choices? Suggestions? When I go over my sodium allowance I wake up bloated.
