I just started yesterday. I've been doing Turbo Jam for a long time but I decided I needed to try something more intense. I am 43 and have not been seeing any results with just changing my diet alone. I really hope this works.

Hi, I just wanted to say that I am 174 lbs and still a size 12. I dropped down to 155 some years ago and yup still a size 12. Lol Keep losing weight the healthy way and you will find what is right for you.

I get confused too. I have been on here for two months and havent lost a thing. I eat some of my exercise calories back. But I also like how it feels when I do a lot of cardio and do not want to stop it just to stuff myself. I eat around 1500 calories. I feel satisfied when I eat around that much. Same thing happens to me every night! I think it has something to do with being tired. Eating something sweet relaxes me.

No you are not alone. I have been on here for 40 days and have lost nothing. I eat within my calories and workout six days a week. I dont get it either. I lost a couple of inches and I look more fit and feel better. I think this is from beginning a more challenging kickboxing workout though and not from calorie management.…
