Finding Time. ..
Okay, I am finding that time for exercising is just not that easy. I am not a morning person. Attempting to get up at 5 am to exercise has not worked. After work, dinner, baths, homework, lunches, laundry, stopped at bank and Post Office after work...no excuses, just trying to figure out how to make this happen...anyone…

Dieting is so confusing! One book says one thing, another book is completely different! I have eliminated my " trigger " foods. Bread, pasta, rice, and tortillas. And cereal. Today there was a huge carrot cake, and pita chips with dip on the lunch table at work. I used to justify eating these treats, because I never buy cake or have it at home. Today, I just ignored the treats and ate my yummy lunch. One Day at at Time!

Stopped watching "Food Network"
I love food. I like eating food, and cooking food. One of my favorite shows is "Chopped", where the contestants have to cook a three course meal, with odd ingredients.
