Shoulder pain while running?
I have noticed since i started running again i will get a sharp pain in my shoulder sometimes in the front towards my chest and sometimes more in my shoulder blade. Its normally my right shoulder but sometimes its my left. Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem?!

Working out, tracking, and no weight loss!! Why?!?!

Work out and calories burnt
What is the average amount of calories everyone burns per day on work out? Trying to decide if I am in a good spot or need to kick it up!!!

Calorie intake with exercise
My normal intake is 1200 a day. I normally gain another 300 or so after a work out. Should I be eating all these calories? I am wanting to lose and build muscle.. Anyone out there with suggestions?

10 pounds to lose... and toning to do!!!
