I don't know if i am a cross between and hour glass and a pear but I am struggling with losing inches in my hip area. I have already lost close to 50 lbs and the thing i am the most unsatisfied with are my hips and legs. Does anyone know of particular exercises that have worked for you to lose in the upper thigh or hip region. I have broader shoulders so to the common eye you cant tell the disproportion but i notice and really want to slim it down.
Thanks in advance for any help!!!

unfortunately it's impossible to spot reduce fat. There is no exercise that will make xxxxxxx area smaller. Just keep at it with calorie deficit and full body resistance training template and the fat will be lost where genetics determines.0

Squats, deadlifts, lunges, hip thrusts. All done with using heavy weights. Made a huge difference in the appearance of my legs and hips.0
