Getting ready and motivated...but how?!?

So here is the scoop, this time last year i was running or working out 3 days a week at the minimum.... I kept that up for a while then would slow down, I have tracked watched what i ate ect and then i fall off. Let me point out that by fall off I mean I dont get on and log and most likely do not exercise, I have not gained any weight back and have not ate the best either. I am currently at 143 lbs my over all goal is in the 135 range but i have been stuck here for months and it doesnt seem to matter whether i eat good and track or not. I am going to start the insanity program next week with a friend, mornings seem to be the only time that work for me and to get back into it (after not being in the gym for over 3 months) I figured having someone there with me would make me more accountable.

My question here is... any tips for me to do in the next week to get my mind set, be prepared and get motivated before my first work out Monday morning?!?! I really want to reach my goal, but on top of that just feel better because we all know exercise does that for us!!!
