What is the average amount of calories everyone burns per day on work out? Trying to decide if I am in a good spot or need to kick it up!!!

I would say 600 (on my best day) 400 on cardio, 200 on weights, for a total of 2 hours. This is what my Fitbit tells me at least! Before I used a Fitbit and logged my exercise, i thought i was burning a whole lot more...0

My workouts are very limited to walking/gazelle...even though MFP gives me over 400, I cut it in half since I hear they over estimate...sooooo 200-250 depending on the day. When I meet with my trainer it about triples, but again, I cut it in half. I should invest in a Fitbit or HRM soon...0

I actually started keeping track of my HRM calorie burns in a spreadsheet, and my calculated average since Jul. 10 is 768 (over 8 workouts). High is 1173 (mostly lifting, near 2 hours), and low is 567 (1 hour elliptical).
I'm still obese though (BMI approx. 31), so I expect those calorie burns will decrease as I get smaller, too.0
