Any one used to be super active and then became sedentary at work all day? Did you struggle to lose weight after incorporating weight training? I know muscle memory is real but does it slow down your initial weight loss?

I am 5'2" and pre pregnancy I weighed 159. I had just lost like 40 lbs. AHHHH and I gave birth at 241. Current weight is 174 and I have a long way to go for a goal weight of 120. Anyone know f a good heart rate monitor that counts calories? I want one I can wear all day and see how many calories i actually burn in a day through exercise and sitting at my desk.

Substitutes for loaded baked potatoes and french fries.
I need something that will be filling and satisfying. My husband and I feel like we have to have french fries or a loaded baked potato at every meal. We are both very picky eaters. I am trying to get healthy and my husband hates healthy food. Does anyone have any ideas for a satisfying substitute?
