A little confused about what’s the best way to set your tracker if as sedentary and eat a portion of the extra cals you burn (Fitbit) or choose your correct level and get less credit for activity and why??? TIA :)

Maintaining weight while recovering from surgery?
I lost 45 lbs sloooowly and I've been maintaining succesfully for a while (years) however I lost 5 vanity lbs (recently) and I exercise Cardio/weights 6 days a week...Now having to rest to recover for 2-4 weeks, how do you "handle" your cals??? I eat 1,500 5 days and Sat/Sun I let loose, so I have NO idea what my level…

Fitbit and diary
Please help! What's the best way to set my diary, I exercise an hour or more 6 days a week so I think I'm "active" Should I set it as sedentary and let my fitbit do the calculations or lightly active? I know I get more credit with the first option but I want to have it as accurate as posible TIA!

Real VS false weight gain
So I got to my lower weight of 135 right before Christmas (2 weeks) however on the 25 my weight was 137 and today 141 :( I didn't track everything but still seems like a lot! So how do I go from here? Back to losing mode? Normal maintaining? About how many days the weight starts to settle to know for sure how much is real?…

So finally I'm very close to my "ideal" weight "132" 40 y/o after losing 45lbs however... A part of me wants to keep going since there is more fat on my abdomen (not loose skin) I know, I know, I lift do cardio etc but is fat, time to rethink my "ideal" ???

Double tracking exercise???
So I have the Pacer app on my phone, it counts steps and gives some cals, however when I exercise I use my hrm, but since the app syncs with MFP I deduct what my Polar gives me when I walk, is this right?
