Please help!
What's the best way to set my diary, I exercise an hour or more 6 days a week so I think I'm "active"
Should I set it as sedentary and let my fitbit do the calculations or lightly active? I know I get more credit with the first option but I want to have it as accurate as posible TIA!

I need to add that I burn 2000/2300 cals a day (fitbit) so my plan is to eat 500 less each day to lose my last 5 lbs in 2 months? Is this possible???0

Even if you didn't have the Fitbit, exercise is not included in your activity level. It's based off your normal daily activity such as work, housework, socializing, etc. With your Fitbit it matters less, as the calories given will be about the same after the adjustment. Just make sure you have negative calories enabled for those days where you may be sick or taking a lazy day.0
