How bad is excess sugar for me long term?
I've noticed lately that I'm almost always over on my sugar intake. Granted most of the sugar comes from fruit, i'm still consistently over by a good amount. Drinking Water - ways to not have to pee as often?
I know its not good to hold it for very long because it'll poison you basically (i think?) but my pee is completely clear (and toxin free i'd bet) with all the water i've been drinking. Is it safe to hold it? Are there exercises you can do to make it more comfortable to hold it?
