Giving up, and gaining weight?
Just by looking at my diary, my love for food is evident. It shows how i cannot stop eating, in the morning, lunch, dinner and even after. How can I stop? I don't know. It's too hard. Suppressing hunger...
During the last two days, I've noticed that I am ALWAYS hungry...I try to drink plenty of water but not working, trying will power but failing...what can I do to stop myself from overeating and to stop myself from being constantly hungry?? Please help...
